Tiltex can be extended to cover the HDPE lined batters over ponds to protect from exposure to UV degradation, fire, temperature, wind uplift, damage from feral animals, livestock, minimise vandalism, protect communities from significant asset damage & extend the liner’s operational life.

The project was completed ahead of schedule due to the ease of installation with 5 metre / 16’4“ wide rolls and faster heat sealing.
Tiltex was installed to protect the HDPE Liner from the placement of a hot asphalt road sealing layer used to seal the perimeter access roads around the ash impoundment ponds.
Cherbourg Waste Water Treatment Plant Project
Tiltex was specified to line 30,948m2/333,121ft HDPE lined waste water effluent ponds.
Tiltex protects against UV degradation, wind up lift, temperature changes, damage from feral animals, livestock and minimizes vandalism & fire . Without the protection of Tiltex, fire and other damage to the HDPE liner would have severe and costly consequences to the community. Tiltex safeguards against this damage occurring, saving time and high costs to fix.
